Toymaster Posted May 27, 2014 Share Posted May 27, 2014 (edited) Celestron X-Cel LX Eyepieces - 7mm and 25mm so far - Great improvement over the standard EPs - Has a wide FOV and excellent for eye relief which helps us with specs. Tried without specs but not so good perhaps due to my astigmatism - not sure. Wollensak 12.5mm 2" Eyepiece - Works surprisingly well - Nice higher power eyepiece with 9 fully coated glass elements and a field of view of 55 degrees. Exit aperture is 16.8mm, eye relief is 10mm. Fits all 2" focusers, anodized aluminum barrel is threaded for filters. Very lightweight for a 2" at 9 ounces. Looks like it is a quality eyepiece intended for another use that has been re-cased for astronomy - can be obtained from the Surplus Shed.
